Over 12000 kids en their parents or teachers visited the Expo Juniors in Geneva last weekend. Addictlab has partnered up with Palexpo and created a booth of 500m2, offering qualitative workshops from the Addictlab Academy and our partners, such as the IUCN (www.iucn.org, Cineglobe from Cern, 3Doodler, Sphero, Pangloss and more. On the agenda:

  • create your local ecosystem (Nature)
  • Take a picture with your DIY Tetrapak Milk pack and visit the MinimaCinema (Photography – film)
  • Learn about the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (Sustainability)
  • Create your own balloon sculptures with Gaël (Fun)
  • Draw  & play drums in virtual reality
  • Play and program the Thymio and the Sphero (Robotics)
  • Draw in 3D with 3Doodler or learn about 3D printing (Maker space)
  • See a printer printing … pancakes and another printing in 3D in … chocolate (Food Lab)

And then we forget making scribbling machines, creating your own badge, drawing with sand, and giving the Sphero a bath.
